Employee Safety

One of the largest responsibilities companies have is protecting their most valuable assets...their employees. Providing a safe work environment is a must. This is particularly true when it comes to emergencies involving disasters, natural or accidental.

Putting a sound emergency plan in place includes: keeping employee records updated, location of first aid kits, working fire extinguishers, backup power generators, evacuation routes and emergency contacts. Review it thoroughly with each employee, have them sign off on it afterward, give them a copy and place a copy in their files. Protecting your employees properly protects your company in the long run.
